Varela award for Betül

Congratulations to Betül Tatar, who has received a Varela Award from the Mind & Life Institute. Betül and Esther will study daily life experiences of applying mindfulness to food cravings, through a longitudinal qualitative approach.

We will be hiring a part-time research assistant to join our team for this project. If interested, please get in touch with Betül at b.tatar.1@research.gla.ac.uk.
