Research Assistant/Associate

We invite applications for a 3-year ESRC-funded Postdoc position with Dr Esther Papies, The Psychology of Sugary Drinks: The role of consumption and reward simulations. The project aims to both establish underlying cognitive mechanisms contributing to the motivation to consume sugary drinks, as well as to develop applications to facilitate healthy choices inside and outside the laboratory.

The position requires a strong general background in cognitive and/or social psychology and self-regulation research (PhD completed or near completion), together with excellent experimental, statistical and communication skills. The post-holder will play an important role in designing, implementing, and reporting on laboratory and field experiments.
